This is a new pen and pencil holder by Eldon, missing the pen and pencil. The pen and pencil were missing when purchased and was found during our spring cleaning.
The color of the base is Sand with polished brass holders.
Box states that the product is "eldon image 1500 Deluxe Pen Set 1580"
